What is a Small Group?

A Small Group at Flourishing Grace is a handful of people who gather weekly, usually in a home, to care for one another, pray together, and open the Word together. Small Groups are our way of helping you “find your people” at Flourishing Grace. Small Groups are designed to help people build community around a meal. Each time a Small Group meets, the participants share a meal together, engage in intentional conversation about the current sermon series, and pray for one another. We have groups that meet all around Davis County.

How do i get into a Small Group?

Our Small Group kickoff is coming up on Sunday, October 4th. After both the 9am and the 11am gatherings that day, you’ll have an opportunity to meet Small Group leaders and connect with a group that works well for you.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR Leaders TO Host NEW GROUPS

Each fall, we launch new Small Groups so that we can continue making room at the table for new people at Flourishing Grace. We are currently looking for people who would like to lead their own Small Group.

Small Group Leaders are an important part of building meaningful community at Flourishing Grace. Leaders lead their groups by ensuring the group knows when and where to meet, caring for their group, and facilitating the study/discussion time. Some Small Groups choose to hold the group at the leader’s home every week; others rotate locations.
